Bernard King Inducted in 1994
Bernard King attended Fort Hamilton HS in Brooklyn, King later attended college at the University of Tennessee. In 1977 he was drafted in the first round seventh overall pick by the New York Nets, the team would later move from Uniondale NY to New Jersey, to become the New Jersey Nets. He played 14 seasons with the New Jersey Nets, Utah Jazz, Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks, and Washington Bullets. King is a four-time NBA All-Star, four-time All-NBA selection, and led the NBA in scoring in the 1984–85 season. He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
