Ed Conlin Inducted in 2003
Edward James Conlin (September 2, 1933 – September 21, 2012) a Brooklyn native attended Fordham University (1951-55). In 1955 he was selected in the 1st round 5th overall pick by the Syracuse Nationals (1955-59). He later played for the Detroit Pistons (1959-60), and the Philadelphia Warriors (1960-62). Conlin later coached at Fordham, as an assistant coach under legendary Fordham head coach John Bach from 1967-68 and then he took over as head coach for the 1968-1969 and 1969-70 seasons.
